Nola’s Cookies

Nola and my boy

My son loves a girl in kindergarten so much he wants to marry her badly. Her name is Nola and soon she’ll be moving to Canada. When we told him he cried and just couldn’t believe it. He asked “Who will I love? Who will hug me like her?”

(This young love story gives me the Goosebumps…)

Yesterday he asked me to bake cookies for Nola for the weekend. And we did. I wanted to bake something so easy that he’ll feel that he did it completely himself (no mixer).

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of margarine (200 grams) – melted
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of chocolate-chips

Put everything together in a bull and mix by hand.
Make balls and place on a baking dish, and then flatten them out.

Bake on medium heat until they are golden.

Nula’s Cookies are ready!
